Replacement for the wait-command?

Is there any way I can “spam” multiple lines in team chat? Normally I would use a number of wait;s between the lines, but we all know that’s not a possibility anymore.
(If you must know, I do not intend to make a script to annoy someone. I just wanna share my HLSS-playlist with my teammates.)
