We have done it alot in the danish tf2 comunity. We find 12 danes and on mumble the 2 medics picks players one my one. When they then have picked, we go to two diffrent mumble channels and play versus each other. It’s good fun, and i can recommend it to everyone!
yeah and its a tradition that we always chose me at the last :(

I fucking hate ZeyOrk, hes such a douche.
Add Zeyork to friends. He only sleeps 2 hours a day and also does morning-mixes.

It’s a great idea.I am a night owl so it’s perfect for me.But I have one concern,if the first 12 get to play how would you know you got exactly all the classes you need or if there is a medic and stuff? ;D

Normally 2 people will offer to go medic. Then the medic chooses people + their class (normally).
German latenight-12gayguy-mixes:
Everyone gets his ass on the server and into one team, EVERYONE. at some moment, normally when at least two guys are afk, someone shouts ‘SPECATTACK’ and everyone joins spectator. Well, last two to join spec are medics for the following round. Of course, if anyone is medic by his/her/its own choice thats accepted as well ;)
The medics do a short saw-duel on the map’s middle, and the winner has the right to choose first.
When everyone is in one team the fun begins ;)
Edit: If you participiate in those double mixes, expect to play offclass. And to face dual-Heavies, pyros and huntsmen on a regular basis :>
