Me with a friend are trying to create a TF2 RPG mod similar to http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?p=14335838 playable as source mod.

TF2 RPG mod. Nothing to do with crafting.

yeah but, what could make it an rpg? Level ups, experience points, faming, skill points, unique weapons? Round based fight system? Adventures, or what the hell?

At the moment we are looking for a team to work with. If it’s going well, we would make it a MMO.
