So I am currently using your high fps config (2nd lowest graphics I guess) and it’s very nice except for:

The banding on the floor is just a slight annoyance, I was wondering if you knew the command to stop it happening?

:p
Its because its set to trilinear or bilinear or whatever, turn the settings up for that if you dont give a shit x
I don’t play badwater so I’ve not seen this myself, I’m about to go out but I will look into it when I come back (about 2 hours or so).
I assume what you’re talking about is what I’ve marked in red here?

If so that might be because of the lightmaps not being filtered. I will look into it.

Yeah, that’s what I meant Chris, it was happening on every map for me.
I think cookye has sorted it, in your config mat_mipmaptextures was set to 1, he suggested changing it to 0, seems like the banding has gone.
Edit: I was too late :P
Thanks for the help anyway!

For anyone else curious.
mat_mipmaptextures 1 = http://i43.tinypic.com/s5b5h0.jpg
mat_mipmaptextures 0 = http://i44.tinypic.com/2nvqn8m.jpg
mipmapping is useful because it decreases texture quality over distance (even over max sv_cheats limited mat_picmip values), I’ve not experienced this myself, but I don’t play badwater :p
i figured it was either something to do with the filtering or the mipmapping, thanks for sorting it out.
