best FPS cfg?

since my PC here at dads house is really crappy, i want to know what the best fps cfg
i’ve tried m0res, doesnt give me that much fps that i want. i get around 30-60.
atm i use chris’ fps cfg and its pretty good

All of them are pretty much the same with only minor differences. I like Chris’ and Qantum’s, since they have some nice features in them :)
