TF2 dedicated server - error

If some one have a error with connectening at server from TF2 dedicated (server), I can help you with it.
Open: … source 2007 dedicated server > tf
Then create a .txt file with title “steam_appid” (steam_appid.txt)
Write there: 440
Then start your dedicated, make a connect –
connect SERVER IP ; password ***
Open the game (TF2), write connect in console and push ENTER.
After that your server must be working.
Instal ETF2L config if you want (source 2007 dedicated server > tf > cfg)

True story, if you didn’t know this why are you trying to host a server in the first place?
i donno if its some weird thing with my tf2, but all i have to do is type a map in console and i got a server live :E, if any1 can explain this please do, it confuses me and my pals cant do it xD
It’s just manual for people with that problem.

Most likely it’s related to port forwarding/NAT.

And has to be sv_lan 0, you might have that in your cfg.
im a complete noob with forwarding ports dont think ive ever done it so no idea there, but yeah have sv_lan 0 in my config somewhere, so must be this, n1
