PVHud - Hud only, no menu?

Does anybody know which files I have to remove if I want the PVHud only and not the main menu that comes with it? It removes the create a server button. -_-
By going on his website you get these 2 gems of information:
WAHH WAHH HOW DO I CREATE SERVERS??? go to console and type map idiot fuck
or
You can remove resource/gamemenu.res to restore default menu.
Personally I just type map cp_badlands in console.
Had lost the link to his website and couldn’t be arsed to look for it. Thanks.
why not just use map mapname in console?

ah lol ^^
just copy the ui folder not the complete resource with gamemenu.res in it and stuff
when you’re installing his HUD, theres an option button, click that and press old game menu, and then it’ll be the old game menu. :)
