lag in tf2

i have amazing lag in tf2 you can see it when net_graph 1 but the in the scoreboard is normal..
No idea what to do against it.. :(
need help fast :(
What do you mean when you say that net_graph shows it but the scoreboard doesn’t? Do you mean that it is shown by packet loss/choke instead of ping?

When you watch the scoreboard you see a ping of 36 on a normal server what is normal for me. But when you watch the ping at net_graph it is like 120/200..

The ping used by net_graph is done directly by sending a ping to the server, whereas the ping in the scoreboard is averaged over a certain amount of time, and includes calculations to account for FPS lag, which would explain why there is a discrepancy.
it doesn’t help , when i come near things or move my character it goes up, and i lag ingame.. really laggy :(
solved, it just dissapeared after one hour..
I allways have higher ping in netgraph then I do on the scoreboard, I usually have about 40-50 on the scoreboard and 90+ in netgraph
