Mumble is too quiet?

Hey, when im not playing tf2 mumble is perfectly fine – but when i load up tf2 it goes really quiet.
Only started happening past day. Any ideas?

yeah windows 7 drops the sound and so does mumble.
Win 7 screwed it up for me dropped vol by 80%

Right click speak nr clock sounds, communications do nothing tick box.
