Its due april, with the release of Portal 2. Considering they say “holiday season”, that might mean its close to easter, which will be early april.

About the one button question,
There’s no problem to use other mice on mac os. For the record, the standard mac mouse has 4 buttons, but having tried to play tf2 with it, its not very good for gaming.

The bigger challenge will in fact be that of mac os mouse acceleration. To my knowledge, the only way to affect mouse accel is by using a 3rd party app (i use “steer mouse”). However, this still doesn’t feel as good as the no accel option in Windows Xp.

It will be interesting to see if valve will do something about this.

i disagree torden : p having played with a mac mouse for a year i actually found it to be fairly reliable. gotta get used to it etc.

if tf2 goes to mac does that mean they will play on the same servers as us?
i hope not coz i dont really like vegans or assholes
cant they have their own servers?

joking aside. I hate everything apple related. purely because most of it that i have used has sucked.
examples:
ipod:shite sound, breaks easil, + apple pretended they invented the portable music player
macbook: slow annoying windows that don’t go full screen. tiny screen space because of the fucking dock + apple pretended they had invented the laptop
