Low FPS, why?!

my problem is different… I get an almost constant about of Loss from net graph which is between 10 and 40 and I absolutely no idea how could this happen: this doesnt make me hear some important sounds (heavy spinning and shooting, the train in well, some normal scattergun shots etc) and doesnt make me see the opponent clearly… I’m actually worried this is a problem in my cables; its been happening regoularly from a few weeks and I have no idea what to do about it (the rates are fine, as my hardware)
Are you on a wireless network by any chance?
Did you remove all your old nvidia drivers? When unistalling from contorpanel, it leaves some drivers stuff at pc. Try to delete them with something like driver sweeper.

I also need some help,
Just took a couple of screenshots, in a 4 second time period, this is what the fps numbers showed in that period:
86, 40, 88, 91, 70, 158, 98
Its getting annoying because when I rocket jump, Im getting small bits of lag in the air… help :(

Bear in mind that if you’re taking screenshots with F5 it will affect the framerate anyway.
