any recommendations on what is the best servers to use right now,
finding a lack of Quality with multiplay right now
or people complain about useing mplay uk servers
if anyone can recommend a good server host let me know

Multiplay’s servers have been horrible recently :(
If you want a European server, I’d recommend giving n1ping’s new dutch servers a try. The servers with the 80.x prefix – new datacentre with better speeds. They currently have an offer on our forums – http://etf2l.org/forum/general/topic-8762/
If you want a UK based server, I highly recommend 540hosting – http://www.540hosting.com
+1 for n1ping. Keep in mind, sometimes people from a certain provider have ping issues (Our French Scout had 300 ping to our Dutch server, it’s fixed now though).
