EDIT:
It doesn’t need to be 2x if the player is taunting.
Maybe only 1 extra capping power if someone on the point is taunting.
If more than one person taunts on the point it won’t count?
So, 2 scouts are on the point, both taunting it will only cap 5x.

Which would make no difference to how quick the point is capped and make 1 of the scouts a standing shoot me target
