Well heres how it started, i was looking through the portfolio of the tf2 concept artist Moby Francke and while looking there i found a picture called “Studies2” The character had a really familiar head shape then i looked at bottom part of the drawing and noticed the pyros clothes and suspender things. It was right in our faces all along and we never managed to notice it.

Where did you find this concept art by Moby Francke? Some of the old concept art is awesome, would love to view that portfolio.
I googled his name and clicked the first link, theres much more stuff there including lots of concept art from hl2 leak tf2.
still doenst mean the pyro as “it” is now is supposed to look like that
the demo was also white in early concept arts ;)
