Ok me and povohat have been working on this all week pretty much trying to get it to work for everyone and I think we have done it.

Minmode 1 is more or less flamehud while minmode 0 is more or less pvhud.

I’ll be working on putting out an “additional” folder in the future so people can mix huds accordingly. This is vanilla if you will. There have been numerous requests for pv’s engi menus and numlockeds damage and various other add-ons.

Omg, this idea is pure gold, now I can play Scout with FlameHud and Demo with PV by switching between minmode settings!

I didn’t think I’d ever bother to change from m0re’s hud – but this does look pretty awesome in the screenshots :D

What’s the easiest way to overwrite a hud, just copy the files over the top of the old ones? I’m asking in case some huds use extra files – I wouldn’t want to get the bastard love child of multiple huds stuck on my screen!

just delete your current resource and scripts folder and replace them with the downloaded ones.

That HUD is really great, nice work.

TargetID’s, Team/Classswitch, ScoreBoard etc. are perfect imho.

However, i’d love to see a Version that has flame’s health/ammo, PVs charge meters and the location of the charge meters like in m0re’s hud, especially the demo one, with the long centered charge bar and the big number for sticky layed down below it. Any plans to make anything like that?

As i said to flame, i totally support this idea.
When making my own hud a lot of people told “hud are always the same”, “i’d like to have x’s hud charge meter on your hud, how can i do that?”.
Mixing all the most popular hud is a great solution & idea
Community hud put together multiple hud mixing their better things.

Valve hud files allow to set positioning using some specific coordinates that make the same hud works on different resolution.
The default hud works on all resolutions for example. That makes the hud works on all resolution pretty well. Things appears different (moved a little) on different resolution but you won’t notice that too much.
I think flm (or pvhat) did a great work.

May I suggest not deleting them, just re-naming them as ‘resourceold’ or something, that way if it goes wrong or you decide you dont like it, the old hud can be re-installed very easily.

Great job guys, i’m using this hud with all on minmode 1 and then numlocked’s damage indicator. Works out nicely after tweaking the position of the dmg indicator.
