Source TV is usin older protocol

hi guys, few days ago i bought tf server, and added maps, configs and etc. But i got lil problem, when i connectin to source tv, there writes: ” This serve is using older protocol (7) then u got (15)” Did someone had a problem like this? Server is running normal, and it been updated, but none can run source tv. Also, source tv is recordin demos.
Problem was fixed by connecting to port 27022, but in cfg it got 27020 port O_O
