why is it so sharp -.-
the resolution height bug has been fixed and now you should be able to use 1080p.

Cheers for that Salmon. In the next iteration of this, could you add an option to render to Lagarith aswell. I know there isn’t a huge difference between them, but more options, means better right?
The FoV isnt right :( doesnt get changed with the update
its set to def.
so annoying

I would’ve already done that but, mencoder/ffmpeg doesn’t support lagarith encoding so can’t do it :(.

You can change it from the dialog box before you load up tf2. There is an option to keep it locked while playing the demo. If you unclick it, you can change the fov mid-demo playback.

See I heard about this but used lagarith and ffmpeg anyway and it seemed to work :/

Did you compress a video to lagarith with ffmpeg or encode a video that was already lagarith?

I used lagarith in vdub.
I guess I proved myself wrong :D:D:D, I got lagarith to encode a video on mencoder.
Yea adding an option for lagarith would be quite handy, as Vegas 9 won’t render any Huffyuv vids if you’re on a 64bit windows. Doesn’t work on my Win 7 64bit :/

did you look at how to configure huffyuv? http://www.pldx.com/blog.php/2009/06/team-fortress-2-movie-recording-guide/

Dang, just reread that. Thanks for that. Read only half the article and realised there wasn’t a fix. Curse my short attention span!
dunno if this is because of the update but I get this error message when I try to lanuch the game via the tool. it won’t work, even after I reinstalled the whole thing. halp ? :/
