Sigh speaks true wisdom, everyone knows the liklihood is you’ll get one of the shitty sniper ones anyway when you find one by chance.
I combined my two shitty sniper hats and got the demoman top hat, which was created to just kick me in the balls since it looks like the halloween top hat anyway, which all classes get :X

LOL i crafted a pyro and medic hat to get a heavy beenie.
Kinda sucked balls tbh.
