Will this pc max tf2 without dropping below 60 fps ?

hey!
im getting a new pc soon and im looking to get one that does tf2 on max and never_ goes below 60 fps on max settings. would this pc do the job?
spec:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 275 896MB
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) XMS-2 8500C5
Cooler Master Sileo 500
Corsair TX 650W 80+
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L s775
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 2.33GHz

okay so it seems this pc’s cpu is not good enough. so how about you give me part tips? my budget is ~600 euros. i need to know motherboard, cpu and graphics card. :)

du kan köpa min gamla laptop om du vill =p
I think TF2 performance depends a lot on the CPU.
So you might want to use a more powerful CPU, but I’m not sure ^^
Nobody can say for sure since TF2 is finicky as fuck.
get an i5 , it’s better , for the rest, it’s great ;)
Get a AMD Phenom II x2 550 Black Edition and a Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3P mobo and unlock the processor to have 4 cores

2.3ghz will never give u over 60fps
if u OC to about 3-3,5ghz then sure
