What are the console commands for these new options, could someone enlighten me please?
cl_autoreload 0/1 for autoreload.
Idk about the Spect HUD.

about spec hud, launch your tf2 -> go to options -> multiplayer -> advanced -> and choose advanced spectator hud for tournament mode.
About command in console dunno
