STV for i38 grand final?

Sources have told me that it will be 12pm, there should be an STV up but I assume ip will be put into irc or something tomorrow (as Tapley did with the group stage game).
Final is at 12, hoping to have people in the server and ready before that though. The game is on server #1 so it will be the appropriate STV

Game is due to start at 12 but will probably be delayed till about 12:30.
