Has HUD owner been catched? Your team’s players status rocks, if its possible to use it during round (hello mmorpgs)
It’s flamehud. I’ve been using it for a while and I really like it (after a few modifications).
The TF2hud posted above seems to be the same, I think it’s just a copied version.
having that bar with uber and players… is that even legal?
Uber bar is legal no doubt.
But your team players frame seems to be for specs only (its clear from the screenshot, check the “respawn in next round” line at the top of the screen) =))

That panel with friendly players can be turned on in the options, but this is moved from top left to the bottom :)
