If Joske has cheated in TF2 and you have evidence of that, ban him and get it over with. Try to resist baiting and antagonising him.
Get a grip and let him carry on with his TF2 playing – cheating in another game does not in any sensible situation constitute grounds for a ban.

He has served his time and regardless of his (previous) attitude he should be allowed a fresh start.

Well there’s been a lot of threads about cheating/cheats over the years on these forums. At first it was considered 0 tollerance, then a load of people got VAC banned (VAC1), and then it was suddenly viable to say ‘hey, these guys don’t cheat in tf2, it’s a different game, in the past, we don’t want to lose this many fair competitive players when they compete just like everyone else in this game. This logic should be applied in situations across the board. All players are required to record demos in ETF2L matches anyway. Start asking for random periodic demos from suspect players (including those with new accounts / vac bans) and punish those who can’t provide them.

Kick cheaters out the league but don’t ban players incase they might have cheated once upon a time in a distant galaxy far far away from the competitive aspect of team fortress 2.
