Question
How should I reset the ClientRegistry.blob when needed?
Answer
Certain Steam issues may be corrected by renaming the ClientRegistry.blob and restarting Steam.
* Completely exit from the Steam client.
* Go to C:Program FilesSteam (or the Steam directory that was specified during installation).
* Locate ClientRegistry.blob and rename this file to ClientRegistryOld.blob.
* Restart Steam to allow the file to be recreated.
* Test the issue once more.
It is not recommended to delete the Old.blob as it may be used later to determine recurring issues.
It’s because of the Hertz you start the game in.
If you have your monitor on 75hz and the game on 60hz, you will get that error. Other way around the same. Standard Hertz is 60hz on most monitors. If you take the launch options from m0re cfg, change the -freq 75 into -freq 60.
Btw, this is because of the Mumble overlay, it needs the same Hertz ;)
