who have good pc and use m0re cfg (config fps) i want to survey

I have some good pc, normal option settings about mid; getting up to 600fps

What do you consider to be a good pc?
My PC:
• Motherboard: Gygabyte Smart P55-UD3
• Graphics Card: Ati Radeon 4600 HD @ 1024 MB’s
• RAM: DDR3 4GB’s
• Processor: Intel Core i5 @ 2,67×4
• Operating System: Windows 7
• Sound Card:Realtek HD @ 7.1
• Mouse: Logitech g5
• Keyboard: hp
• Mousepad: one shit
• Monitor: LG 19″
• Headpones: Labtec
I use the game cfg. Before I used the m0re’s cfg, but with this PC I’ve 200/300 fps with the default graphics. With m0re’s cfg I had 400 fps.
