well low+/./- covers div 5 & 6 , which is what we said, we will allow div 4 mercs in the higher ones but not whole merc teams of that level.
We will be getting feedback from clans who play and black listing players and clans who fake plus maybe post their names and steamids for clans to laugh at the fakers.
Higher clans may scoff at this idea but TF2 needs the low clans to keep forming and improving to keep the community going and fresh blood into all divisions, being raped by div2/3 clans who merc together and mix against low- clans just to own and take the piss doesnt help, losing all the time folds clans.
Basically we just want fair competition to grow and learn while having some fun, is that too much to ask? I would hope the higher level players would respect this and help us police it to keep away the morons who still persist to find mixes just to humiliate clans.
I will be trying to finish some bots off to keep a kharma kind of system and link with steam group, but it all takes time.
For now i would ask people to spread the word and fill the room, the more clans involved the better and the more full the room the more people will join.
