This Config is the following version of “Quantums Little Config v1.0”, which was a very huge success for me. It was downloaded until now more then 5000 times and the TF2 Config Articles has more than 20.000 visit. Because of this great feedback I tried to push my config to the next Level and I think I have done it. But suit yourself and get an opinion.

Updated FPS Config to 2.1

Can you post some FPS comparisons with m0res?

Here it is from my QLC Version 1.0 Post. I dont think they differ great since that, but no proof ;)

2372 frames 63.671 seconds 37.25 fps (26.84 ms/f) 2.545 fps variability

mores autoexec_high.cfg
2372 frames 54.283 seconds 43.70 fps (22.88 ms/f) 2.382 fps variability

QLC HighFPS
2372 frames 57.891 seconds 40.97 fps (24.41 ms/f) 2.394 fps variability

QLC HighQuality
2372 frames 143.383 seconds 16.54 fps (60.45 ms/f) 0.898 fps variability

Normaly +-5 fps is deepending on the run, i would say. So in my opinion where are even @ the fps. As long you dont try to compare with my HighQuality :p

I can´t say if yours has less or more studdering then mine, because i dont know how to test that. I can only say, you havent use RAM-Cvars.

But in my humble opinion mine looks a little better, but we both have a good HighFPS cfg :)

So i suggest anyone you needs a HighFPS should test which runs on his PC better and use it.

My guess ist that i activated the CVars for Parallax-Mapping (like Bumpmapping but now you have a wider angel where it look like it has a structure), but only a guess. Seems to be bugged there ;)

How does this differ from the PLDX movie config in terms of quality? Not being smart, actually curious.

just finish a gaming session with you cfg. I have a good pc but i always love to increase fps :P

Take a quick look into the config. If you dont need my binds you should be able to combine the cfg. If you execute the PldX config after QLCv2 in the autoexec.
But havent tried.
