Features :
– Manage your backpack easily (Select, delete, move, craft)
– Sort your backpack by type, class, loadout slot, level in one click
– View others’ people backpacks (Temporary disabled)
– You will not need to wait for an update when valve adds new items (because item files are read from the gcf)
– AutoUpdate (to fix bugs and add new options)

And how could you loose your hats? It’s not an idling program. It’s an item manager, does it give you any advantage?
Robin already said that programs like this are fine as long as they don’t give any advantage like the idling program.

Changes :
– A button to select duplicates
– A menu to sort the backpack by type, class, loadout slot and level (in ascending or descending order)

u killed master server or smth?
There isn’t any master server.
I guess that the problem is Steam Friends being down at the moment. You need a Steam Friends connection for your items to work/to get someone items.
EDIT:
I can still get my own items (might be because I was connected before steam friends went down) but I can’t get someone else items.
EDIT 2: There is the same problem on tf2items.com if you try to load someone items that hasn’t been saved on the site.
