Is it considered as advantage and should not be ever released? What do you think?

Of course, you can do everything with a client side plugin. Aimbot, wallhack, speedhack, etc.
And hit beeps would probably be considered cheating.

I would love that, but yeh it probably is. You should send an email to valve and ask them first or something, at least give it a go
