TF2 Demoman & Clan Mentors?

Hello, I was wondering if there’s any demomen willing to mentor me? My clan could use some help aswell, we beat people in mixes but we do it horribly because we are so unorganised.
Im not sure if this is the right place to post so sorry if it’s not and could a mod please move it to the right one.

Is TF2 Mentor Project dead?
Well its still quite inactive due to the TF2 season not yet starting so the processing of requests are slow im going through some along the way but i doubt many others are…

I did put an app in but haven’t heard back, as a clan we need abit of help with tactics etc. And I would just like help with being a demo, I’m ok with airshots and stuff but it’s general tactics which I could do with some help.

afaik only Byte is still mentoring…
It’s just learning tips and tricks for myself as demoman and teamwork & comms for the team, is there an archive of demo’s from various matches at all?
Most of the demos on ETF2L are now a patch or two out of date and so won’t work with the latest TF2 install, the same goes for the demos on Cadred and Resupply.eu, but they’re worth looking out for once the new season starts.
You can find some good US demos from clan Loaded here, they also include recordings of their voice comms so you can listen to what they’re saying whilst they’re playing.
Edit – There’s a lot of current demos on Gotfrag as well.

I am not a demoman, i am main medic. but a i see alot of what goes on in matches, Happy to help you if u want. Add dsl_djshrew, and i can go over a few bits. With the help of another demoman, who i know will be happy to help.

Today Byte helped our team out. I have to say it was a mindblowing expierence :D.
He mentioned alot of things to us wich we actualy never thought about and helped us out on the area’s we wanted to work on as a team. Byte is a very friendly guy and knows his stuff about the game respect for that. Its sad to see that he is one of the few that actualy wanna bring people to a higher level.

Seems you got very unlucky then. I spoke with him a bit after the few matches we played and it doesn’t sound like you’re describing the same person.
