I’ll add you and see if we can get some mixes going. Me or other people are always willing to give pointers.

use cl_interp 0.01 and cl_interp_ratio 1
cl_updaterate 101 cl_cmdrate 101 rate 20000
aim your rockets long, never short
join a clan where the scouts carry

1. If this is a joke… YOU FAILED!
2. If you’re serious… YOU (still) FAILED!
There’s no point in taking interp_ratio 1, unless you have less than ~20 ping and your i-net connection is near perfect. There’s no point in taking rates over 66, becouse they dont do anything above that (this isn’t cs ya know?!). cl_interp should not be used just becouse some other guy us it. Every pc/internet configuration need a slightly different one, and finding that right one is pain in the ass. Also, using projectile (solly/bow sniper/demoman) class is slightly better with lower interp, while playing hitscan is usually better with a bit higher interp… Anyways, all this interp shit is just really hard to understand, and even harder to explain.
Anyone willing to help out a non-dutch talking player? Any help from div4 and above aprecianted.
P.S.: Dont feed the troll (a.k.a. Fragga)
P.P.S: (not-so) ninja bump!

It’s actually quite simple. Interp determines how many ms the server goes back in time to interpolate for lost packets. The higher your interp is, the more accurate the interpolation is (= hit detection improves), but it also takes the server longer to show you if you hit/killed your opponent or not (while it does not actually change the time at which your enemy got hit/died).
