I play TF2 with a download of 384 kBit/s and an upload of 87 kBit/s.

Mumble quality ist very low and sometimes my ping goes from 70 to 90 when I speak in mumble.

that’S absolutely no problem, as I play since 2 years with such a crappy connection.
got a ping about … 40-60
up: 30 kb/s (yeah sad but true)
down: 256 kb/s (Q.Q)
Yea should be possible.

Just a little more than 256kb/s. I get the occasional 50 choke on certain servers, but overall its fine.
Should be fine. I play with about 300 down and I’ve never had any problems at all. I’m from ireland and I ping about 20 to uk servers and 25 to nl. No voice comms have ever affected my ping.
I think it works fine, I’ve played with that connection the past and I never had real problems with it. Just some mumble chokes from time to time.
