i mean the relaod scipt was nice but the rest like soldier is shit hope the do a huge bugfix at this :<
I started to think thats intended,cause of the new Koth,but that isnt a real problem,you can always put them in the sides/top of the point.
The Soldier thing is pretty lame though,and sticky jumping is not “exactly” the same(stickies still doing a bit more damage that usual).
Btw we can still pointblank people with nades without getting damage,thats awesome :D (I hope its intended).
Edit: I just noticed,no more magic sticky shields on well / Freight :(
I’m trying to understand how every update Valve manages to break gameplay like this.
In each update, Valve fixes one thing and fucks up two other things :))
Yeah, valve are such cunts for still actively supporting and patching their games on a regular basis years after releasing the game AND giving us new, free content.

Tbh i dont see the problem with stickys bouncing off points… it just encourages people to think about placing them on publics which seems to me like a bloody good idea…
Also, shun the beta testers! :DD
due to fixing stickies were able to be placed on the saw blades… placing on trains was never an issue…
but maybe there are new posibilities now for a demoman update which isnt overpowering him ;)
Actually, this is a massive nerf rather than forcing demo’s to think strategically it makes things difficult for no need. For the most part Demo’s will sticky around the point anyway but it prevents the “Visible” sticky trap that you can lay down to try and force people to stay away from the point whilst someone is trying to cap another point. It also nerfs the last minute sticky throwdown to clear a point off.
During normal play it isn’t a problem but during those rushes and last minutes standoff when you are rushing around stickying the point to keep people away whilst you try and counter push, it’s a pain.
It’s a weird bug, one that i presume was not intended but is a direct shootoff of the sawblade fix.

Technically, this is a soldier nerf. Have fun standing on the last point of badl all the time.
