Not really, on the night of the update one of the hidden pages had an image link of a soldier looking at an easter egg.

you can actually find medals ingame but they’re 10 times harder to find so GL with them :D

You cant find them ingame, people find them if they won them by clicking on the link, after they clicked the link they got it when they went on a public server.
