random weapon changes bug

Recently i’ve been getting this rather annoying random weapon changes. Once it starts it wont stop, but it doesn’t happen every map. It also seems to happen in CS:S. Any ideas?
Mouse problem? Maybe open it up and make sure the mousewheels still straight etc
