Choke problems

Right, I just wanted to play some TF2 but ran into a problem: I get 50-100 choke all the time. I have not changed any cfg’s and rates are set to 30000/66/66, and haven’t played for days. I rebooted my pc, but that didn’t solve anything. There is nothing wrong with my internet connect ( test from 5 min ago http://www.speedtest.net/result/531616817.png ), I also ping fine to the server, and get 120fps constant.
What the fuck can it be?
Does it happen on multiple servers or did you just try one?

happened to me a few days ago was getting choke in the 40s on crowded pub servers but it went away.
Try rebooting your router and see if that helps or turn it off for 30 mins or so and then back on

Don’t have a router, hooked up to uni network.
SOmehow my fps config seems to be the cause of it. God knows why. I just switched to dx81 + no config now.
Had same problem a couple of times… It fixed it self after a week or so, didnt do anything special in that time.
