Gravelpit - teleporter in spawn

I just wanted to ask if it is legal to build a teleporter entrance inside of the red spawn in gravelpit.
Something like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZizAz5cimw just forget that spy.
That would make destroying an entrance a… Tad bit hard. I know some teams do it at that bit so it’s half in and half out, but actually inside?
An entrance can be built inside the red spawn on Gpit. On the control panel or whatnot on the opposite side of the resupply cabinet, not going on the detail how to do it. And yes, I believe it’s forbidden.
So that’s why I saw someone from Vale! jumping around that spot with an entrance on the public server…
I’ve done that a couple of times in the blu spawn , cause it’s pretty useless in red.
It’s a bug, doing it is forbidden by the general rule. I know at least one team has lost/defaulted the map because they were caught using it.

Correct, Any clan found doing it in league games will get punished so not worth it.
