I think it takes some skill out of 6v6, calling is part of the game, organization of the team is also difficult part. This would mainly just give an advantage to teams who can’t organize themselves during a game, and a disadvantage to teams who can because they don’t gain much from it.

I don’t think that skill of the players or class composition of the team should be the only thing that lets you win a 6v6 match.

Also people sometimes miss enemies on their own screens due to being distracted, where as a ‘manager’ would most likely pick up on this and be able to say there is a scout behind or whatever.

Tbh if you did do this i think it would be good for like 1 match then let the team call for the second match and see if they learnt anything, but record it and point out what they did wrongly and where in the demo files :)

There’s no need imo. Just let the mentor play for one match. I trialed for one ~div5 team and when the mentor played with us (he was making all the calls) we won versus a div3 team o_O
