So, it’s getting close now to the lan. Just wondering a few things.

Where are you staying?
When are you arriving?
When are you leaving?
Any other relevant plans about say, going out, meeting up with others etc..

If a load of us say, want to go out on Friday night, and are staying in similar areas, or plan to go out in the same areas, it makes sense to know about it and go out as a group.

Me and Beta staying somewhere in central Enschlade(sp?). Probably plan to get a train to the lan event (drive if train isn’t possible) and a train back then head out in town in the evening. Might spend a night somewhere near the event for those hanging around there and then get a taxi back, but will work that out later.

Being one of the finnish traitors playing with the european mix I also travel (seemingly) alone and arrive at enschede about 20cet. I thought that I’d check some bars (Atak/Cafe rocks/tgatindemarkt) if those are located anywhere near my accomodation which is the fancy panty hotel http://www.edenhoteldebroeierd.com/restaurant.aspx

enschede is cool, the city center has got a small church, and around that there are several bar’s and partyyy-disco’s. Hit amon up for more info!

Driving to enschede this friday, sleeping either in my van or in the GoSH headquarters. But the main problem is.. where will we get a beer together on friday and where will we meet to congregate.

I say we need a meeting point/hour people can rely on and relate to so I’ll put up this general ‘meet by ‘WZZRD’ around 4 on friday and get to your accomodations. Get back around 6 to meet up and concoct dinner dates.

For knowing whats good in Enschede on a friday im not that well informed, maybe some others could shine their light on that. We must at least try to get a phalanx of tf2 players into Enschede centre :)

Indeed Arx is right, we are staying in the Eden Dish – centre of town.

We will hopefully be arriving around 8-9pm, depending on traffic and how fast I can drive….yet to see how big some of my passengers are ;)

Plans sound good, definetly finding a place with good food is a good start !
