soldier is an easy class , imo most people are comparing the soldier now with the solly before the updates; namely just spamming some random rockets at your feet and killing 2 scouts

1 meatshot with the fan does like 110? I think thats a lil daft but i was one of the ones saying the scout was overpowered in the first place. Also remember this is for pubs so they will not nerf the scout, its underplayed on publics as it is.
pubs play such maps like dustbowl, goldrush and pipeline …
and sure the 8% are for every left click you made, when you are at point-blank range to your opponent
10% is pretty huge in terms of FAN buff, could easily prove to become very useful as a mainstay weapon now. Gave me the incentive to finally try it out last night. Never realised it shot so quickly.
You need LESS consistency to inflict damage with FAN because the damage is dealt so quickly there is no real need to track opponent between shots.
