What command should I put in my config so when I start up TF2 I have “Wait for Vertical Sync” turned on?

When I turn it on in game and join a server, it just hangs up on “Sending Clientinfo” when connecting, but I can still hear the sound from the server.

You can use this VCars to turn on V-Sync with the config
mat_vsync “1” // On(1) Off(0)

or you use the settings in your Videodriver (which will override TF2-Settings)
