display 75fps (= 75Hz refresh rate) @ 720×480?
Cant find on google, cant test on desktop (because minimum is 800×600). Anyone knows how to find it out? :)
why would you play it on that resolution, play it at 1600*1200 xD
Because I’m playing on a gameboy and I get fpsdrops down to 50 at times with more’s high-high-config @ 1280×800.
Oh yes, and when I’m playing engy on turbine, when I’m standing close to my stuff, it sometimes drops to about 40.
And when I run through particles, 20-30 and a lag :S

do you have some custom particles? i noticed that my game drops down to 20-30-40 fps after trying some custom particles. (we had same issues with my players who tested them as well)
No, I dont have any custom content at all.
I feel like it started when I tried fiddling around with fps-tweaks though %)
record a short demo from some intense +12 pubbing. like 60seconds. after that try “timedemo xxx.demo” xxx – filename of your short intense demo. it will tell the results to you. after that update your autoexec config with my and do the same timedemo xxx.demo and compare the results.

what you’r playing on gameboy :o anyway if understood you right, you want to start your game 720×480 @ 75 hz? If im right add this to your launch options -sw -h 720 -w 480 -noborder -freq 75
you should do 768×480 (8:5/16:10) if you want to try it, if you’re using nvidia remember to add it on custom resolution list and set your hz as 75 there aswell. but im sure you wont have any fps boost by lowering your resolution.
