Client timed out when idling, wtf?

I can play public and PCW’s all day long, but as soon as I try to idle a server overnight I get disconnected with the error: Client timed out.
That would make sense if my net was crappy (well, it sucks, but nvm) and didn’t allow me to play during the night.. That’s not the case.
I have played tf2 from 20:00 to 04:00 on a server before, but never got disconnected then. Usually have torrents on, so it’s not my net that don’t like night activities.
I have also tried +forward +attack +left etc, with no use. The most I have been able to idle a server for is 4 hours :S.
I want to get weapons in sleep :( QQ
maybe your router does a reboot every 24hours, check out the router config page for more information…
i got similar problems, one night, no problem, the other night => client timed out…
i guess the reason for my “client timed out” is ISP maintenance :(
