since start 6v6 changed pretty much. 6scoutsrush on Gravel ftw?
Srsly, if you know a way, tell him, if not, keep it.
I can imagine playing that on a lan would be much fun :)
Lol, these forums never fail to deliver.

Feel free to play a no class-limits tf2 match, you’ll see how shit it is compared to how it’s played now.
omg kolox the irony? Its too obvious even for a chat -_- Anyway i think i found a version, now need the server only
if you dont have the srcds of that version as well, you’ll have some problems… The hldsupdatetool which is used to update tf2 servers, only supplies the newest version.
Yeah that’s my main problem atm :[ Trying to do something, no luck what so ever
Whats your plan? make a league using this old version of TF2? or just gonna play with mates or something?
good luck not catching Valve’s attention if you try to advertise this, and good luck keeping it cheat free if you want it played competitively.
I just want to play on the old version of Team Fortress 2.. I don’t see how is it going to be possible to be played in leagues cuz you’ll need an Dedicated Server to host the old version of the server and they cost a hell of a lot. It’s not only for anyone i know I mean.. Everyone’s invited :P Double gun double fun :P As for Valve, I don’t really know what they can do to stop me, and do they even care..
Of course they care, especially if its open to everyone, you’re basically ripping off their game :P
you wont be allowed to host it online, youve got no chance of that without valve getting out the sewstick…cant see why it wouldnt be possible over lan tho!
Ok than how come they don’t do nothing about all the cracked servers and they’ll call the navy just cuz i hosted on an older version…
There is a difference between hosting a cracked server and redistributing an older version of one of their own games.
For example a few years ago a mapper decompiled and edited some CSS maps to improve them for competitive play, he was threatened with legal action from Valve so had to stop.
We’ll see about that i guess :]
