O hai,
after using m0re’s hud I thought more view is nice, but there are a few situations in which I felt the need for some sort of a background.
I just edited the original resource/ui/TargetID and changed the alphalayer of materials/HUD/color_panel_brown.vtf

You just have to unrar this archive into your orangebox folder.
