tf2 real hardware requirements

Hey guys,
I’m going to organise a local tf2 lan in Poland and I’m planning to organise a PC rental for players but in fact I don’t know what’s the real Team Fortress 2 hardware requirements since it has been changing for years.
Could you tell me what’s the minimal requirements to handle Team Fortress 2 on medium settings or even minimalistic (but not minecraft like) with 60 fps?
I’ve decided to not rent 144 Hz-compatible hardware as the most important point in organising this event is the smallest cost possible (for now on the only cost is just a PC rental since I don’t have to pay for renting the LAN destination place).
If you don’t know what kind of specs could it be (like me) and it handles TF2 on stable 60 FPS – post your PC specs and TF2 graphics quality configuration. We’ll see who has the lowest setup which don’t change TF2 from team-based game to multimedia presentation.
Example specification (i’ll be basing on mine)
CPU: Intel i7 6700HQ (if you can handle TF2 on Intel HD Graphics, write it there)
RAM: DDR4 16 GB
Disk: SSD NVMe (choose from HDD/SSD SATA/SSD NVMe)
Graphics: GTX 960M 4GB
I don’t ask for the mainboard.

Depends heavily on the situation, but mostly between like 100 to 200 fps with DX9 and mastercomfig maxframes with a few tweaks

0 lags, very good gaming performance even with better graphic modes and no anti-lag configs
