With hl team leaders seemingly out of order for the foreseeable future I thought it’d be a decent idea to make a discord for team leaders and deputy’s of any division to post and find scrims. To mitigate trolling announcement privileges are restricted to known team leaders on active etf2l or ugc teams. I’ll probably insta give announcement rights to any team leaders I or any other admin knows but for the rest of you there’s a thread for making applications which will be reviewed. More details are pinned under each text channel with instructions and examples.

I’ll probably need more admins to effectively run the server and make it look like less of a circlejerk so any non idiots feel free to hmu and we can talk.

the group still functions, it just uses the discussions board to fulfill its role, you can get notified of scrims and stuff much in the same way as receiving a comment on your profile.

i do think a dedicated discord is probably the way forward though, that way you can have @mentions for divs and stuff

https://discord.gg/A2vzKcs this link should never expire, there hasnt been an announcement as the discord currently doesnt have everything we want setup and there hasnt really been a need to make it known publicly until now as all it would have done is split up the location of discussions.

I do kind of feel that team leaders that boycott other teams when they lose to them shouldn’t take a leading role in these groups though, can kinda be abused.
