Low FPS

Wolfenstein 3d: Team Fortress ftw <3
It isn’t limited by my graphics card, the CPU it what limits the FPS for me atm. Changing up resolutions doesn’t give me a drop, and changing to 640*480 and turning even more off doesn’t give me an increase in FPS ;p
I actually think I have the exact same problem, my fps is always the same regardless of the resolution and graphic details I use. I have x2 5600+ (2,9 ghz) and my fps is still only like 40-100+ depending on what’s happening in screen ofc. No fps config can boost my fps, I’ve tried it.

I don’t give a fvck about FPS, my PC is more than good enough to play TF2 well.
I just love the smooth bland look :D

nubonamission´s graphic is much more uglier than more’s config…

Have the same problem here, get nearly the same fps, regardless of how high/low my settings are. But I’m so used to m0re’s config by now that I’m still playing with it :/

Dunno, i use the highigh more config, but nub’s looks more uglie…
can someone link to that config? i thought i hade m0re´s, but mine doesnt look like anything near that :P
well, that look is done with rivatuner, atleast i told nub what parameters to use (tho im not sure if he has tuned it even more). it works for nvidia cards and doesnt help fps at all. but if you like the old quake look give me a shout @ irc and i can help you when i’ve time.
