How can I become a better Scout in a short time? I am pretty new to the game and want to get better and later find a team…

Ya serious I don`t want to get better through a bunch of hacks!
I don’t think there really is any option of “getting better” in a short period of time, just play lobbies and such, after a while, you should get better

A gaming mousemat will improve your dpi and aim very quickly. You probably want one about half the size of your desk to maximise your turning potential.
