im using dxlevel 81 but the probi is there is some birght white bugs in my screen how can i fix that?

Its the old problem with Nvidi graphics cards,you have to use older driver but dont remember the last one that was working with dx8
edit:306.97 was the latest working driver for dx8

That error got fixed ages ago. I don’t have it since version 320.something

I can confirm this. Update your Drivers and you should be fine.
